Let me help you, using Applied Kinesiology and Metaphysics, discover what you BELIEVE by introducing you to your inner lighthouse. The lighthouse, a universal guidance system is a wonderful analogy to your personal guidance system, your FEELINGS.

You create your feelings in reaction or response to your beliefs about the conditions (people, places, circumstances and events) in your life. When you understand that your feelings are a powerful indication of your experience, you can change the experience by removing yourself or changing your beliefs about the condition.

What are your beliefs about: relationships, health, sexuality, money/finances, career, and weight loss/weight gain, to name a few?

Can you become aware of and understand what your beliefs are and transform the ones that no longer serve you? Can you learn to understand your feelings and follow their perfect guidance? The answer is an unequivocal YES on both counts.

Even as a child, I had the sense that there was something more to life than I was experiencing, yet I couldn’t put my finger on it. In 1994, after many attempts to find inner peace and joy through outer world activities, I began an earnest inner search to find meaning and purpose in my life. I was lead to various teachings and alternative healing modalities.

Undertaking the study of Applied Kinesiology and Metaphysics I gained a new understanding of my feelings and beliefs and discovered the healing power of spiritual energy. This combination has played a significant role in my personal growth and life purpose.

I began to pay attention to my inner lighthouse and to trust its faithful, unfailing guidance and it is now my purpose to help you do the same. To assist you in this deeply personal exploration of your feelings and beliefs, I am certified in the following:
